Training Unit

The Training Unit combines academic training with fieldwork. The academic training consists of a wide variety of five-hour (one Eco Credit) intensive courses. Fieldwork aims at enabling students to examine the way scientific theories interact with real life by observing and collecting data about natural environment, people and culture. Syllabi will be posted online. Some courses will be given at the Centre, others will be given through video-conferencing. Curricula will allow students to receive LCEJ Eco-certificates. Courses are on a pass/fail basis. Some courses will require a written paper and/or an oral examination.
